Terms and Conditions

Appointments
Appointments may be made within two hours of available time slots.  Appointments made in advance are subject to a fee if not cancelled within 24 hours.  Treatment appointments are of variable duration depending on the procedure (usually 30 minutes to 1 hour). Please arrive on time as some treatments require a short wait for anesthetic to begin working. You should expect to be asked about your medical history and have your medication and allergy details at hand. We recommend that you avoid make-up or heavy facial cosmetic products as we would need to clean the area and disinfect it before any injectable treatment.

Appointment Bookings
Bookings are made via this website’s ‘Book Now' or by phone. Bookings may also be made through contacting us at appointments@aeternumaestheticsandwellness.com for in office and concierge parties.

Payments
Payments can be made with cash, check, or Card (Credit/Debit). Treatment payments are made at time of service in store, online, or in person at concierge parties.

Cancellations
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made no later than 24 hours from the appointment time, for either consultation or treatment appointments, otherwise a minimum $100 penalty will be assessed. Cancellations can be made through the website, email, or by phone. In cases of repeated ‘no show’ without explanation, we reserve the right to refuse further appointment booking. If you have any difficulties with cancelling or rescheduling and need technical support, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US IMMEDIATELY!

Treatment Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse treatment on professional and/or ethical grounds. Your practitioner is a professional Medical Clinician with a license to practice issued the medical board and nursing board. We will not recommend treatment if it is deemed inappropriate, not expected to yield satisfying results or may risk more harm than benefit. Treatment for any clients under the age of 18 will require parental/legal guardian consent.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates sold on the website are non-refundable and for single use. Certificates are valid for one calendar year from the purchase date and will not be accepted following this. Discount vouchers cannot be used on treatments already under a promotion.

Personal Belongings

Aeternum Aesthetics and Wellness is here to provide our clients with focused assessments and treatments.  Because we are focused on our clients, we are not available to watch, manage or take responsibility for any personal items or belongings that are brought to our office setting or concierge parties.  We cannot watch or take responsibility for any accompanying children in the waiting area, so we advise that another adult is present to accompany any children under 12 years of age. Children are strictly not permitted in the treatment rooms.
